Laut Berichten von Golden Finance wird Dave Portnoy, der Gründer von Barstool Sports, wegen des Teilens von MemeCoin-Transaktionen auf der X-Plattform kritisiert. Einige Händler behaupten, dass er seine 3,5 Millionen Fans ‘dump’ gemacht hat. Die von ihm zuvor investierten Token ‘Montoya por favor’ und ‘Josh Allen MVP’ erlebten einen kurzzeitigen großen Pump und brachen dann schnell zusammen, was Kontroversen auslöste.
