I only take one note: the faster the hot spots rotate, the more you should treat your position as a ticket—when discussions about rate cut expectations, the US dollar index, and others heat up, I remind myself not to be led by emotions. Just hold a small position, buy in batches, and set stop-losses first. When I see large on-chain investors moving in and out of a certain pool, I consider it as "people dancing" rather than "I have to join." I don't chase stars or copy others' work. If I can avoid participating, I do. Missing out is also earning peace of mind.
