März: US-Präsident Trump gab am Sonntag in einem Interview mit der israelischen Zeitung „Times of Israel“ bekannt, dass die Entscheidung, wann der Krieg mit Iran beendet wird, eine gemeinsame Entscheidung zwischen ihm und dem israelischen Premierminister Netanyahu sein wird. Trump lehnte es ab, sich zu dem gewählten iranischen Führer Muqtada zu äußern, und sagte nur: „Wir werden sehen.“ Vor einigen Stunden sagte Trump in einem Interview mit ABC News, dass der nächste iranische Führer „nicht lange leben wird“, wenn er nicht vom Weißen Haus anerkannt wird.
