During the event, when users make their first top-up of 5–100 USDT to the Gas Station:
- No on-chain gas network fees required

Device ID Restrictions and Fairness Assurance
To ensure fairness, all participation and rewards are bound to the physical device ID:
- Event 1: Each device ID is permanently limited to one new wallet account eligible for newcomer benefits.
- Event 2: Each device ID is limited to one existing wallet account per month eligible for gas-free benefits.
If a single user participates with multiple wallets across devices, rewards will be issued only to the qualifying wallet account.
Important Notes
- Stacking Rules: Gas-free benefits from Events 1 and 2 cannot be claimed together; however, Event 3 benefits may be combined with either Event 1 or 2.
- Misconduct Monitoring: The platform will closely monitor for abnormal multi-account activity, wash trading, self-trading, and other cheating behaviors during the event. Violators will be disqualified.
- Wallet Limitations: To ensure fairness, the number of wallets linked to a single IP will be strictly limited.
